中国化工装备总公司是中国化工集团公司旗下的全资子公司。业务涉及化工机械、橡胶机械、汽车零部件及车船修造、工程贸易服务等领域。 装备总公司有天华化工机械及自动化研究设计院、桂林橡胶机械厂、益阳橡胶塑料机械集团有限公司、福建省三明双轮化工机械有限公司、四川蓝星机械有限公司、沈阳汽车车桥制造有限公司、四川丹齿零部件有限公司等近20家下属企业。拥有2家国家级企业技术中心、1家国家级工程技术中心，是国家重大石油化工装备科研开发基地之一，并在2家橡机企业设有国家级博士后科研工作站。

装备总公司拥有化工装备研发基地，机、电、仪专业齐全、技术力量雄厚、产业化卓有成效。生产的硫化机、密炼机等系列产品不仅在国内占有较大的市场份额，还出口到数十个国家和地区并为米其林、普利斯通、固特异等著名国际轮胎制造商所使用。装备总公司是国内压力容器、球罐、塔器等非标设备主要制造厂家之一。装备总公司是国内最早取得多种甲级招标代理机构资质的单位之一，并在2007年首批获得了国家发改委颁发的《中央投资项目招标代理机构资格证书》。

装备总公司自主设计开发制造的“SHJ系列同向双螺杆挤出机”、大型系列干燥单元成套设备等多项技术、设备填补了我国该领域技术空白，并替代了进口产品。生产的大型系列干燥单元成套设备、阳极保护酸冷器国内市场占有率第一。生产的轮胎硫化机均为国家免检产品，并拥有“力创”、“双轮”两个“中国名牌”。生产的系列硫化机、密炼机被国内外轮胎企业广泛采用。

The China National Chemical Equipment Corp(CNCE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ChemChina, mainly involvedin chemical production machinery, rubber production machinery, autoparts, shipbuilding, and engineering and trade services.

CNCE has nearly 20 subsidiaries, including theTianhua Institute of Chemical Machinery Automation, Guilin Rubber Machinery Factory, Yiyang Rubber Plastics Machinery Co, Ltd, Fujian SanmingDouble-Wheel Chemical Engineering Machinery Co, Ltd, SichuanBlueStar Machinery Co, Ltd, Shenyang Automotive Axle ManufacturingCo, Ltd, and Sichuan Danchi Parts Components Co,Ltd. It also owns two national enterprise technology centers, onenational engineering technology center (a key nationalpetrochemical equipment R D base), and two rubbermachinery companies with postdoctoral research stations.

Its petrochemical equipment R Dbase contains machinery, electronic equipment, instruments, a largetechnical force, and an industrialization program. CNCE’svulcanizers and internal mixers hold a large market share in China,and are exported to dozens of countries and are used by some famoustire manufacturers such as Michelin, Bridgestone, and Goodyear.CNCE is also one of China’s main manufacturers of non-standardequipment such as pressure vessels, spheres and columns. It is oneof a few Chinese companies to receive a ‘Grade A’ qualification formaking bids, for example the National Development and ReformCommittee’s Agent for Bidding on Central Investment ProjectsQualification, given in 2007.

CNCE has designed several techniques andequipment, such as the SHJ series of one-way, double-screwextruders and large drying equipment units, the first of their kindin China, which were used to replace imported models. Its largedrying equipment units and acid cooler with anodic protection holdthe largest market shares in China. Its tire vulcanizers arenational inspection-free products and its vulcanizers and internalmixers are widely used at home and abroad.

The CNCE was founded in 1982, with headquartersin Beijing.
